Data compression

These are compression/archiving utilities and some of them can handle multiple formats, like "7-Zip" and "IZArc", while some are more specific in their tasks, e. g. the incomprehensibly named "Free RAR Extract Frog". Unfortunately, the only way to compress files using RAR is to use WinRAR due to licensing.
